Dr. Gladys began her medical practice at a time when women faced significant barriers in the field, but she persevered and made a lasting impact. She is the author of the book "The Life Well Lived: A 102-Year-Old Doctor's Six Secrets to Health and Happiness." Dr. Gladys believes that life can get better with age and emphasizes the importance of mindset, finding one's purpose, and creating a 10-year plan. She is a firm believer in the power of healing through love and encourages others to approach life with curiosity, celebration, and a focus on the interconnectedness of all living beings.
