Surviving Postpartum Depression and Anxiety – 002

Mar 27

This week’s episode features speaker and writer Nish Weiseth, who shares the story of suffering with severe postpartum depression when her first child was born, resulting in a near suicide attempt.

Nish was able to get help and begin the journey of managing her mental health as a new mother.  Later, with her second child, she experienced postpartum anxiety.  She shares her insights on the differences between these two common postpartum mood disorders, and her heart for mothers to find the support they need and not compromise on self care.
